The Makita UC003GD202 is a top-handle chainsaw with a 300mm bar length designed for professional tree surgeons and suitable for at-height pruning and lopping. With a direct drive system that reduces power loss and a powerful 40v max brushless motor, the UC003GD202 is built for the professional market. It includes a variable speed trigger, comfortable soft grip and electric brake on trigger release. The UC003GD202 is built with safety in mind and features electric and kickback brakes, a metal spike bumper for a secure grip on the cutting material and a lock-off function to prevent accidental operation.

Other features include automatic chain lubrication, captive nuts to prevent nut loss when changing the chain or bar and a hook for rope or belt attachment when working at height.
