Makita SK106DZ 12v Max CXT 4 Point Cross Line Laser (Red)

The Makita SK106DZ has a bright 635nm class II red laser with ±0.3 mm/m = ±3.0 mm at 10m for best-in-class accuracy. The laser line fan length spans past the 90 degree position to provide 180 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical lines for full reference line coverage. For increased efficiency, self-levelling line stability is achieved in up to 3 seconds for increased productivity.

The SK106DZ gives the user a cordless solution for selectable horizontal/vertical cross reference lines plus 4-point required for level, align, plumb, and square applications. Depending on ambient light in the working environment, the SK106DZ has a line visibility range up to 25m and is detectable up to 80m with a Makita Laser Detector (sold separately).

Makita's "˜CXT' range of 12v tools featuring a new slide battery as an addition to their current 12v tools featuring the cluster style batteries. The new 12V Lithium-Ion slide battery, similar to the market leading 18v Li-Ion battery used in the heavier tool range, has multi-contact terminals to ensure stable contact even under extreme work vibration conditions. The slide battery fits easily into the tools and new chargers and has the same high level of structural strength as well as having built-in protection to prevent overload or over discharging.
