Makita HR3012FCJ SDS+ 30mm Rotary Hammer (240v/110v)

The Makita HR3012FCJ is the older brother of the HR3001 but with the added benefits of AVT (anti-vibration technology) and a quick change chuck system that allows the user to quickly change the chuck from SDS+ fitting to a 1/2" keyless chuck for non-hammer drilling.

The Makita HR3012FCJ is a mid-range multi-purpose utility drill suitable for plumbers, electricians and general builders with a capacity of 30mm in concrete, 32mm in timber and 13mm in steel. The HR3012FCJ is well balanced, lightweight (4.5kg) and features a rubberised, anti-vibration main handle to reduce user fatigue.

The HR3012FCJ has a "no hammering when idling" function that helps increase tool life and is suitable for TCT core drilling and diamond core drilling up to 80mm. Other features include constant speed control that increases power to the motor depending upon load and a torque limiter to protect the user from snagging.
