The Makita DVC261X11P twin 18v brushless vacuum is the upgrade to the DCV260Z and is quieter and more powerful than its predecessor. Twin 18v LXT batteries power the brushless 36v motor which is more efficient than a standard motor providing around 30% more run time with virtually no maintenance.

The controller has 3 power settings Max/High/Low and the memory mode allows start-up in the same setting when it was last turned off and it can be attached to the harness both left and right-handed. The unit is portable thanks to having no power cord attached, lightweight (3.8-4.5kg battery depending) and can be comfortably worn for a prolonged period thanks to the fully adjustable padded harness.

The dust bag has a 2-litre capacity that is easy to open and empty or change and a HEPA filter has high filtration for clean exhaust air making it ideal for all workplaces. Other features include a telescopic pipe for height adjustment, battery protection and an LED job light on the controller to make sure no dirt is missed.
