The Makita DTM52 multi tool is part of the LXT family and compatible with all 18v LXT batteries. The DTM52 is packed full of technology, including a brushless motor that extends run time, 2-way communication between the battery and machine to prevent overloading and overheating, plus constant speed control, which delivers more power to the motor when required.

The DTM52 is compatible with all Starlock, Starlock Plus and Starlock Max accessories and a tool-less blade change system delivers rapid tool change. Twelve angle settings, one at every 30 degrees, provide perfect blade position at any working angle and a rubberised body ensures a firm grip. Other features include anti-vibration technology, soft start variable speed and a LED job light to illuminate the work area.
